Verify your phone
Open the Zizo fulfilment app and sign up with your mobile number. We send a one-time password to confirm it.

Add your business
Enter your business details, GST and PAN, then drop a pin on the map so we know exactly where your store is.

Upload documents
Attach your PAN card, Aadhaar, GST certificate and a few photos of your store, then review and submit.

Get approved & go live
The Zizo team reviews your application. Once approved, log in and start receiving orders from nearby customers.

The application asks for the following. Clear photos taken on your phone are fine for documents.

A mobile number you can receive an OTP on
GST number and PAN of the business
Owner name, business name and type (proprietorship, LLP, Pvt Ltd or Ltd)
Billing address, plus the exact address of the store
Scanned copies or photos of your PAN card, Aadhaar and GST certificate
At least one clear photo of your store or storage area

Questions stores ask us.

Who can become a Zizo fulfilment store?

Any registered business with a GST number and a physical store or storage space can apply: kirana stores, distributors, pharmacies, speciality shops and more.

Do I have to talk to someone to sign up?

No. Onboarding is self-service through the Zizo fulfilment app. Fill in the application online and the Zizo team will review it.

How do I receive orders?

Orders from customers near your store appear in the Orders section of the fulfilment app. You accept them, pack them, and mark them as fulfilled and delivered.

What if I only have some of the items in stock?

You can accept an order fully or partially, based on what you have. Zizo routes the remaining items to other stores nearby.

How do payments and payouts work?

The Balance section of the app shows every transaction: online sales, platform fees and payouts. Full commercial terms are shared with you during onboarding.

Can my staff use the app too?

Yes. The store admin can add team members and give them either admin or regular user access.
