Two ways to ride

Choose how you want to ride.

Zizo rider

Sign up yourself and complete a one-time KYC. Zizo gives you the nearest order automatically, you see your fee for every ride, and your earnings are paid to your UPI ID or bank account every day.

Store rider

Work for a store that sells on Zizo? Ask the store to add your mobile number to their riders. Sign in with that number and start taking the store's orders straight away.

How it works

From sign-in to your first delivery.

    Install and sign in

    Download the app, choose English or Hindi, and sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code.

  2. 02

    Get ready to ride

    Complete your KYC to become a Zizo rider, or get added by your store.

  3. 03

    Go on duty

    Pick who you are riding for and go on duty. You can be on duty for one account at a time.

  4. 04

    Pick up and deliver

    Scan the parcel's QR at the store, follow the map to the customer, and collect cash or a UPI payment where needed.

What you need for Zizo KYC

Zizo checks every Zizo rider before their first ride. Keep these ready; photos are taken live in the app.

  • Aadhaar card (front and back)
  • PAN card
  • A live photo of your face
  • Vehicle registration (RC) and number plate. Not needed for low-speed e-bikes that don't require RTO registration
  • A UPI ID or bank account for your daily payouts

Installing the Android app

  1. 1Tap “Download for Android” on your phone.
  2. 2Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps.
  3. 3Tap Install, then open Zizo Rider.

The app needs your location while you are on duty, to allocate nearby orders, and your camera for KYC photos and QR scanning.

Run a Zizo store?

Add your own riders in the Zizo fulfilment app under Riders. Choose automatic allocation or QR handover at the counter, and use Zizo delivery whenever your riders are busy.
